Add Superfood To Your Diet

You may already have the following superfoods added to your diet but if you don’t then try adding it to have an improved healthy life.

 Berries:  All colorful berries are fully packed with anti-oxidant, vitamin C and fiber. Berries can be eaten as a snack or can be mixed into smoothies or yogurt.

 Beans:  Protein-Rich beans can be great source of Iron and fiber.  They are also high in Vitamin C.  Increasing you fiber in your diet is beneficial for your digestive system.  Beans can be added in salads, soup and in any delicious vegetable dishes.

 Nuts:  This little snack is powerpacked with hearthealthy fats, proteins, vitamins and minerals.  Having few nuts can last you a long way.  Seeds like Flaxseeds and Chia seeds are also high in Omega-3s.  Nuts like walnuts and almond helps you maintain good HDL cholesterol levels.  You can include them in salads or just eat them  as snack.

 Leafy Greens:  Any green vegetable is very healthy for you.  Greens such as Kale, Spinach, Romaine lettuce and Chard are specially very healthy to eat.  Leafy Greens are full of vitamins and nutrients to improve immune system.  It also maintain blood sugar levels and hydrate and protect your skin.  Leafy green can be eaten in salads, smoothies or in vegetable curry dishes.
